- Topping: tumis bumbu dan irisan jahe sampai harum. Masukkan suwiran ikan cakalang, aduk rata. Tambahkan sedikit air supaya tidak kering dan gosong. Bubuhkan garam, gula, kaldu jamur, dan kecap ikan, aduk kembali. Koreksi rasa, angkat, sisihkan.
- Kuah: tumis bumbu kuah, lalu masukkan ke dalam air kaldu ikan. Didihkan kembali. Bubuhkan garam, gula, kaldu jamur, dan kecap ikan. Aduk rata, koreksi rasa.
- Tempatkan mie dalam mangkok, beri topping cakalang, lalu siram kuah. Sajikan dengan pelengkap.
